My approach is rooted in:
✅ Evidence-based therapy (RTT, BWRT, Internal Family Systems)
✅ Deep emotional healing & nervous system regulation
✅ Guided subconscious re-patterning
✅ Inner child, self-worth & trauma-informed work
✅ And most importantly: you being fully met, without judgment
This is rewiring, integration, and deep emotional release with someone who’s been there, and is trained to walk with you through it.
We start by exploring how certain experiences and relationships may have shaped how you see yourself.
Using a specilized Neuroanalysis, we’ll identify the root of self-critical or doubtful thoughts and “recode” them at a subconscious level.
This will help you build a stronger sense of self-worth, confidence, and emotional stability.
We take some time to understand your depression. Whether it’s reactive (linked to certain life events or stressors) or endogenous (more internally based).
Once we know this, we’ll use a specialized process called Defusing Depression. This helps to “unlink” the brain’s automatic depressive responses, allowing you to feel lighter, more motivated, and more emotionally resilient.
We’ll also explore the patterns behind your anxiety, the thoughts, feelings, or sensations that tend to show up when you feel tense or on edge. Together, we’ll look at what triggers these responses and how your mind and body have learned to stay in “alert mode,” even when you’re safe.
Using specilized protocols and techniques, we’ll work to gently retrain your brain’s automatic reactions so it no longer sends those anxious signals unnecessarily. The goal is to help you feel calmer, more in control, and able to move through situations that once felt overwhelming with greater ease and confidence.
You’ll also learn simple grounding and self-regulation tools you can use anytime you feel anxious, helping your nervous system return to balance more quickly.
Feeling overwhelmed often happens when the brain and body are carrying too much for too long, whether it’s stress, emotion, or responsibility. Together, we’ll look at what contributes to that sense of “too much” and identify what your mind is trying to protect you from when it shuts down or becomes overloaded.
Through Acudetox and specilized techniques, we’ll focus on bringing your nervous system back into a calmer, more balanced state (called homeostasis). As your body and mind begin to regulate better, you’ll find it easier to manage daily demands, make decisions clearly, and respond rather than react.
This phase is all about helping you rebuild a sense of inner stability, where you can handle life’s ups and downs without feeling consumed by them.
